Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper vocally opposed the legalization of marijuana when his state voted on the issue back in 2012, calling voters “reckless” for approving it. However, Hickenlooper recently changed his views while speaking on a panel at the Milken Institute Global Conference in Los Angeles admitting that things are going much better than he expected since Colorado voted to legalize recreational marijuana.
